I am sorry to say at this late date the Landlord has decided we cannot sell certain assets and those have been removed from the auction. We had no control over this action at all. It is a legal matter that we must adhere to. We still have most of the items, but if you see something you have bid on is not there that is why.

Again, we are very sorry, it hurts us too. We were not informed until yesterday the items could not be sold.

Please read carefully: Everything must be removed by Monday, June 30th. There will be no shipping. Must be picked up.

 A bank letter of credit is required for checks over $2000, unless buyer is personally known to the auctioneer. Cashier's checks and Wire transfers are accepted. Call if you have questions about the terms. We will take credit cards.

There will be a number of lots that are "CHOICE". That means the high bidder can choose how many of those items they want. If you bid $20 and want 2, cost would be $40.

You will need to be bidding in person or if bidding online, you must be bidding on your computer when the lot comes up, we can't do pre-bids because you can not choose. When bidding online during the auction, you will have interaction with the clerk to indicate how many you want. You can take as many as you want or all.

The following as amended by any posted notices or oral announcements during the sale, constitutes the entire terms and conditions on which property listed in the catalogue shall be offered for sale or sold by Auctions and Services Unlimited (“ASU”) and any consignor of such property for whom we act as agent.  By bidding at an auction whether in person or by agent, absentee bid, telephone or other means, the buyer or bidder agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Sale

Ø  Statements made the day of sale supercede all printed material.

Ø  Everything sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS”, except as expressly made in writing.  No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any item or their fitness for any purpose.

Ø  While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneer and the Owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in, any lot, and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.

Ø  Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.

Ø  Merchandise must be removed from auction premises on Sale day or no later than Monday June 30th

Ø   NO EMAILS WILL BE ANSWERED DURING THE AUCTION

All payments must be made in U.S. Funds to Auctions and Services Unlimited  by Visa, MasterCard, American Express..  Payment is due immediately upon notification of winning bids Without Exception.  Credit card on file will be charged for internet bids. Bank Letter of credit required for purchases over $2000 unless known to auction company.

Ø  Buyers Premium: 13% on site 3% discount for cash or check, 13% for internet bidders, 3% discount for cash or checks. Purchases must be paid for on auction day. Method of payment: cash: cashiers check, local company or personal check approved by auction company, Mastercard, Visa, or, American Express

Ø  There is a $35 charge for a returned check or declined credit card.

Ø  Sales tax will be collected from Texas bidders unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us. You must fax your Texas Exemption form to 432-683-4042 or email to info@auctionsandservices.com

Ø  NO SHIPPING ON THIS AUCTION

Ø  All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Credit Cards ONLY. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback’s will not be accepted.

Ø  5.  Although every effort has been made to accurately describe each item, Auctions and Services Unlimited makes no actual guarantee as to age, size, authenticity, or restoration. 

Ø  Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auctions and Services Unlimited shall endeavor to describe each item and any pertinent information about it. Auctions and Services Unlimited will not be responsible for errors in descriptions.

Ø  NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ø  Unless stated on an individual lot, all items will be sold without minimums or reserves. 

Ø  The Auctioneer has sole discretion to handle any tied bids or disputed bids.  Auctioneer retains the right to reject any and all bids, and to advance the bidding at his discretion.
